The Texada Island Heritage Society operates two museums, the Blubber Bay museum located in the Thacker House, a heritage home sponsored by Ash Grove Cement, and the Van Anda museum located in the Van Anda Elementary School sponsored by School District 47.

Museums are open July & August, Thursday – Sunday, 11am – 3pm.
